the sports app you wanted

The Problem

Scores buried under ads, videos, clickbait. Not anymore.

You're at dinner. Your team's playing. You just want a quick score check. You open the app and auto-playing video. Cookie consent. Subscription required. Newsletter pop-up. Three banner ads. You scroll. More ads. Finally, the score. Except now you've missed the conversation.

The leagues and their apps prioritized revenue. Fans got left behind, and the experience crumbled.

"I just want to see if my team won."

I built this app because it didn't exist. Every March Madness bracket ever played, every Super Bowl from I to LX, every NBA Finals series, every Final Four logo — in one place, at a glance. NFL power rankings aggregated across 15+ media sources, all viewable at once.

Team splits and schedules from past seasons through today — the kind of detail the big apps don't show. Box scores, play-by-play, historical betting odds, interactive venue maps, live game progress, animated score updates. This is the app I envisioned.

If users come, great — but what mattered most was building what didn't exist.

The Solution

Scores at the speed of the game.

UXScoreboard strips away everything that gets between you and the score. What's left is a focused, lightning-fast experience designed for how modern fans actually follow sports.

Instant Load Times

Scores load in milliseconds, not seconds. No waiting for bloated pages to render while the game clock ticks.

Zero Advertisements

No banner ads. No autoplay videos. No pop-ups begging for your email. Just pure, uninterrupted scores.

Real-Time Updates

Live scores that actually update live. Watch the numbers change as the action happens — no refresh required.

Every League, One Place

NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, College Football, College Basketball, Premier League, MLS, La Liga, and World Cup 2026. All here.

Coverage

All your sports in one place.

Stop bouncing between apps for different leagues. Sunday Night Football, college hoops in March, a summer baseball day game, NBA on Christmas, or European soccer early on the weekends - everything lives here.

Our Philosophy

Respect the fan.

We believe your attention is valuable. You shouldn't have to fight for the information you came for. Sports are supposed to be fun — checking scores should be too.

Every design decision starts with one question: does this help the fan? If the answer isn't an immediate yes, it doesn't ship.

No dark patterns. No engagement tricks. No "you might also like" carousels. Just scores, stats, and schedules — presented cleanly and updated instantly.

The Builder

Built by a fan who got fed up.

UXScoreboard started as a personal project — a frustrated developer who wanted a better way to follow games. What began as a side project became an obsession with getting the details right.

Every interaction has been refined. Every millisecond of load time has been fought for. This is what happens when someone who actually uses a product every day is the one building it.

Support

Keep it ad-free.

No ads means no ad revenue. I've spent hours and hours building this app — constantly shipping new features, new leagues, new pages, fixing issues, keeping it running for over 10 years now.
