The Grizzlies have now won a franchise record-tying 11 consecutive games as they defeated the Timberwolves, 116-108. Ja Morant led the way for the Grizzlies with 16 points, eight rebounds and nine assists, while Desmond Bane (21 points, career-high 4 steals) and Jaren Jackson Jr. (20 points, five rebounds, five blocks) added a combined 41 points in the victory. Anthony Edwards (30 points, four assists), DAngelo Russell (29 points, six assists) and Karl-Anthony Towns (25 points, nine rebounds) combined for 84 points for the Timberwolves in the losing effort.
