Kelly Olynyk knocked down a turnaround jumper at the final buzzer to lift the Pistons over the Hornets, 127-126, in overtime. Olynyk finished the game with 20 points (4-5 3pt FG) and eight rebounds for the Pistons, while Cade Cunningham (19 points, five rebounds, six assists) and Saddiq Bey (28 points, eight rebounds) added a combined 47 points in the victory. LaMelo Ball (17 points, seven rebounds, seven assists) and Miles Bridges (29 points, 10 rebounds, five assists) paved the way for the Hornets in the losing effort. The Pistons improve to 15-46 on the season, while the Hornets fall to 30-32.
